The pool was a real plus on our relaxed cycling weekend, and the restaurant was fab too. Our room was generous, and the whole place was immaculately kept. The onsite team and the staff messaging us were both super helpful. We’ve just wrapped up our second stay here, and would very much recommend it.

The food was good, and the service was okay, but they got our bill wrong twice. The area overlooking the pool used to be the best spot, and it's a shame it's now for residents only. The car park is residents only now too. We live nearby, but I wouldn't return.

We felt as if we were staying with close friends. The staff were professional, very friendly and always ready to help. Our spacious room was kept in perfect order every day. Great place to stay.

We booked three nights in early November, then arrived to find the hotelier was away on holiday until mid-November. They'd booked us into another hotel in Alaro without telling us. The contact number we had went to a Spanish-language voicemail we couldn't understand as English speakers. After two and a half hours outside in the rain, we found the redirected hotel, Petit Hotel, 500m away.

The Spanish-style house is lovely and clean, and the staff were very helpful. We loved staying here. It's a cute hotel right in the center of Alaro, with restaurants and bars just a short walk away.
