Olimpia’s hospitality was unmatched, and breakfast was well worth it. Parking was easy, and the place was clean, cute, and comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend, and I’m so glad we stayed here.

We went to this bar twice because there wasn’t much else open in Albarracín during the day in September. Both times, locals were given tapas, either olives or little cakes, while we got our drinks with nothing. The second time we were standing at the bar with coffees when a local ordered the same thing and got his cake. It made us feel like second-class tourists, which is disgusting treatment of people who contribute so much to the town’s prosperity. Albarracín is a wonderful city, but I left with a sour taste. Nearly everything we’d planned to do was spoiled by unexpected closures or second-rate service.

The owners are lovely, and the rustic place and spotless rooms made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious and homemade: fresh cheese, ham, cured pork loin, orange juice, coffee, milk, lots of homemade toast, and jams. They even asked if we wanted more. Everything was fantastic, and my son told them he loved it too. A great choice!

The owners are the best part, a couple who treat you like family. The hotel itself is spacious, comfortable, very clean, and full of rural charm. If we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again. It’s a truly special place.
