We’d love to return. The person who checked us in was lovely, and the house felt brand new and was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was fine, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There’s a patio at both the front and back to enjoy in nice weather, and parking is right outside.

It’s a comfortable, well-equipped, very clean house in a quiet spot, about 10 minutes from the town center. We stayed in early September, when it was warm, and couldn’t open the windows all the way because of mosquitoes and other insects. Mosquito screens would be ideal. That’s the only thing it’s missing.

The houses match what you see on their website or Booking.com, and the team paid attention to everything we needed. Quality accommodation with all the comforts of home, and excellent management.

We spent the days hiking on incredible trails and were exhausted by night, but the heat made it awful trying to sleep. We could barely rest. It was an unusually hot weekend in June, to be fair, but the house has no air conditioning or even a basic ceiling fan in the bedrooms. With every window open there was still no breeze, and after a day in the blazing sun the rooms felt like ovens. That’s the only downside I found. A couple of months earlier, we probably wouldn’t have noticed it. Otherwise the place was very good, welcoming, accessible, and comfortable for a few days in winter. I’d highly recommend it, except on very hot days.
