Getting to the beach is easy, just across the road, and that was the main plus for me. The apartment itself felt old and worn, with poor ventilation. Mornings were damp and clammy, and the beds weren’t comfortable. Looking out to sea, there are two big construction sites immediately to the left. There was a lot of noise, and the work seems likely to go on for several years. I suspect that’s part of why the place costs less. I’d personally pay a bit more to stay elsewhere. Take pictures when you arrive and before you leave. The agent first tried to keep our deposit. I challenged it and asked for evidence, then showed them my photos. They released the deposit and apologized. I believe I would have lost it without those pictures. Picking up the keys is another hassle. The agent’s office is about a 25-30 minute walk from the apartment, so you’ll need a car to avoid that walk. If you arrive later in the day, arrange key collection ahead of time, because the office only opens during normal business hours.

The location is the one good thing about this place. The apartment is old, uninviting and low quality for an exorbitant price. It’s entirely interior, with no outside window except the one onto the terrace, which is also the entrance. The beds are uncomfortable, the sofa is awful, and there’s not enough kitchenware. Several outlets didn’t work, the TV remote didn’t work either, and no towels were provided. Check-in is late at 5 pm and check-out is very early at 10 am, costing you a day at the beach. You also have to drive 10 minutes to collect and return the keys. For what we paid, we felt ripped off. We absolutely don’t recommend it.

Being so close to the beach and pool is great, and the location is excellent. But a house meant for 6-8 people really ought to have a dishwasher. There’s space for one, yet they haven’t installed it, so I spent my whole vacation washing dishes. I’m very disappointed.

The apartment was spacious, and the Wi-Fi worked really well, which was handy. It’s also close to the beach, city center and main attractions. Still, we had a mixed stay and weren’t especially surprised or disappointed. Parking near the hotel was hard to find, which was frustrating when arriving by car. There was also an unpleasant smell in the apartment when we arrived. The walls are thin, so we could hear what was going on in the neighbors’ apartments, making it harder to have some peace and quiet. Decent overall, but there’s room to improve.
