The room was small, and there was a strong drain odor in the bedroom when we arrived. We asked to change rooms, but the staff weren't very helpful at first; after we insisted, they moved us on the second night. The Wi-Fi was also so poor that we couldn't properly get online. Sadly, the stay wasn't pleasant.
Nieves and Debora were so thoughtful and kind. I felt looked after the whole time, and would absolutely recommend their service, 10/10.
Really clean rooms and a perfect location for a stay of just 2-3 days.
They cancelled our booking just an hour before we were meant to leave our luggage, even though we'd reserved two months ahead. We were left out on the street. They blocked my number, and since there's no reception, I couldn't get through to anyone. Don't book here!
The room was comfortable, well equipped and had everything I needed. Mine was number 1 on the ground floor, looking onto an inner courtyard, so it was peaceful and I slept well. I was really happy with the stay and would get in touch with them again if I come back to Seville. It was great to be able to bring my pet, since that can be hard to find. The owner was attentive and lovely, always ready to help if we needed anything. She also suggested restaurants and was easy to reach. The place is right in a central area, with shops, restaurants and other services close by, and it's easy to walk around. There's a vending machine at the entrance, handy if you want a snack or a drink. A parking garage on the next street cost us 35 euros for about 20 hours, in case that's useful to know.
