I had to make do with bodyweight workouts in my room because there isn't a fitness room. For a hotel that caters to business travellers and hosts bootcamps and workshops, that feels like an oversight. A half-hour of exercise helps offset long days in meetings, and many guests try to keep up their routine while travelling. If daily workouts matter to you, come prepared. I hope they add basic facilities soon. Otherwise, it's a strong choice for work trips. The rooms are well equipped, the service is excellent, and the location is convenient. WiFi is fast and reliable, breakfast has a solid selection, and staff are professional and responsive. I'd stay again.

The service is really good. Regular rooms feel a bit standard for a four-star hotel, but the suite is lovely, with a big bath and a large room that has a separate living area and bedroom.

The receptionist was polite, though not very friendly, but I have nothing to complain about. Rooms are spacious even with a third bed, and the bathrooms have plenty of space and come with shampoo, shower gel, and lait corporal. Breakfast has lots of options, including gluten-free choices.

I'd tell people to stay somewhere else. If you're from America, think twice or you may be disappointed. The front desk isn't polite, and customers don't seem to come first. Sitting in the lobby, especially with kids, can feel uncomfortable because of the way staff look at you or seem to talk about you. The lobby is very hot, and they only turn on the A/C for high-end guest events. The restrooms are dark and smell bad, with urine on the floor. I heard guests complain that their room A/C wasn't working; staff said someone had already checked it but didn't really take care of them. They also don't clean rooms daily.

The staff team was excellent, thanks! It's a modern hotel in Alcala, close to the Old Town, the bus station for Madrid, and a Mercadona for snacks.
