The house was advertised as LUXURY, but it was nowhere near that. We had 24 people across both houses this summer, and the problems started as soon as we arrived. The floor was covered in footprints, four beds had no sheets, and we had to borrow air conditioner remotes. Each bathroom had just one towel, and none were changed during our week, despite asking. There was mold in the bathtubs and shower curtains. The washing machines were dirty, and one didn’t work. Some bed frames were missing slats, windows had no curtains so dawn made it impossible to sleep, and the staircase had missing boards that left dangerous gaps for children. Furniture was broken, walls were peeling, armchairs were in awful condition, the kitchen had no utensils, and bathroom doors and locks were broken. The foosball table downstairs was propped on a plastic table and so unstable it could topple over with barely a touch. Parking was supposedly available, but residents’ driveways made it almost impossible, and some neighbors repeatedly scratched cars. Neighbors fed up with the noise told us this place was more for bachelor or bachelorette parties and celebrations than families. I wouldn’t recommend it for families. A terrible house.

We were friends traveling with our children, and the house’s layout was spacious, with four floors. A shared play area and barbecue with the neighboring house were downstairs, along with a kitchen and dining room, plus a terrace with great views of Alcalá. The top two floors held the bedrooms. But the place was run down and full of defects, and the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable. We’d asked for the air conditioning to be on when we arrived, but it wasn’t, in the middle of December with small children. It wasn’t working at all, so we had to call the company and deal with the hassle right away. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, perhaps for bachelor or bachelorette parties.

The views are breathtaking, day or night. Inside, three floors are “private,” while the ground floor is shared with the neighboring house and has the ping-pong table and a large terrace. It’s a fantastic place to spend a few days with family or friends. I’d park a few meters before the house. The street goes both ways but narrows and becomes one-way beyond it, so maneuvering there is difficult.
