The views are easily the best thing about the house, and the rooms are simple, comfortable and cozy. We had a lovely couple of days with family during Easter week, and the owners were friendly throughout. The shower pressure could be better, especially for hot water. Also, the house is at the top of the village, so nearby parking is difficult and the uphill walk is steep and challenging. Be careful if you're bringing small children. Otherwise, it was comfortable and I'd recommend it.

The owner lent us a wheelbarrow to bring our things from the car, which helped since the narrow streets can't be reached by car. The village is beautiful and the views are spectacular, but the house had quite a few problems. The heating controls were capped and there weren't enough blankets. Doors and windows let in drafts, and the firewood was only huge logs and nowhere near enough. We had to buy kindling and gather pine cones to get the fireplace going. We also found the equipment lacking: no oven, kitchen towels or hairdryer, and no basics like salt, oil, sugar, spices or cleaning supplies, apart from dish soap. The house seems to be split into two units with shared electrical wiring, so the breakers kept tripping. The electrical installation itself was very old and in terrible condition.

Everything was fantastic apart from the sofa, which wasn't very comfortable. The house was cozy and clean, the views were spectacular, and the owner was super friendly the whole time.

The house itself was fine, and the location felt a bit dodgy. What really made the stay a bit of a disaster was how little worked well: the refrigerator wasn't working properly, the air conditioning didn't cover the whole house, there were no kitchen towels, and there were ants.
