We always stay here when the rates are reasonable on our trips to the south of Spain. Service is great, breakfast is lovely, the rooms are nice, and the staff are friendly and accommodating within reason. There's good car parking too. The location is convenient, just off the A1 Motorway and across from a shopping mall, retail shops, lots of places to eat, and a Carrefour Supermarket that's open seven days a week. The frustrating part is that even though it's only a few metres away, you have to drive to get there because there's no pavement or walkway from the hotel. There's a footbridge over the main road, but it just leads to a bus stop on the other side and nowhere else. It's absolutely crazy.

Breakfast was simple, with pastries, cold cuts and eggs. The room was roomy enough for my overnight stay and the toilet was good. I did spot a dead moth beside the bed the next morning, though.

The room was very clean, though it had no mini fridge. Staff were nice, and getting to public transport was relatively easy. The airport is close, while the city is quite far away. Still, it's a good hotel.

The staff were friendly and professional, but that didn't make the stay worth the high price. The room wasn't as clean as I expected, and the location made getting around difficult: it was far from the city center with no public transport nearby. What I paid was much more than the service and quality I got.

My wife and I actually had a good stay at your Inn. The staff were great, and so was the breakfast. We'd recommend staying with you to anyone travelling there. Sorry, I mixed up your Holiday Inn with another place we'd stayed. Terry and Toby
