We had to book another hotel because they wouldn't let our baby share a bed with us. We were travelling with another child, and the hotel strictly limited us to three people, even though we planned to use the existing beds. It meant we had to find somewhere else or pay for another room. I've never had such a bad experience travelling with my family. Other hotels let small children sleep in the beds already there. This one didn't.

Turning off the air conditioning during the so-called winter months isn't comfortable for travelers coming from colder countries.

The rooms are basic and have no frills, but the prices are very low, especially for Madrid, so I thought it was good value. We had a comfortable stay, the staff were friendly, and being able to bring our dog was a bonus. We'll plan to stay again when we need a simple hotel in Madrid.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were kind and really helpful. Service was good too.

We had a five-hour drive before a ten-hour flight, and this was a perfect place to rest for the night. The hotel was clean and welcoming, with great staff and breakfast. We'd definitely recommend staying here.
