The food stood out, with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner, and the waiters were quick and polite. The hotel sits back from Alcudia strip, so road noise was manageable, and the beach is only a five-minute walk away. My room was small but modern and spotless, with what I needed apart from a kettle, which costs 5 euros to hire. I was there in early October 2025 for a cycling holiday and liked the hotel. I’d come back next year if guests could still keep bikes in their rooms. There is free storage in a secure tent outside, but I’m not comfortable leaving my valuable bike there. Please bring back the room bike policy. You’d attract more cyclists too. Drinks with dinner cost extra, while breakfast drinks are included.

The spa was a lovely place to unwind, with a sauna, steam sauna and large jacuzzi. The gym is small but has enough for a proper workout. I spent a week here at the end of September, and the room was comfortable, tidy and quiet at night, with a modern bathroom and a great walk-in shower. There was plenty of choice at both buffet meals, so breakfast and dinner didn’t get repetitive. Staff at reception, the bars and restaurant were all friendly and welcoming. A really enjoyable week, and I’d gladly return.

The spa gets 5/5 from me: the pool was clean and heated, and there were five indoor sunbeds, a Turkish sauna and a dry sauna. The staff were professional and friendly, and housekeeping brought fresh towels and serviced our room daily. The beds were a problem, though. They felt too small for two, and on some of them the two mattresses left a gap you could slip into while sleeping. The rooms themselves were clean and modern. We had half board, but the food quality let us down despite the range of options. Some ingredients seemed cheap, and items appeared to be reused in sandwiches the following day. One evening we found raw meat in the food. The coffee was terrible in both the restaurant and the separate bar area, though the breakfast drinks such as orange and pineapple were decent. Dinner drinks weren’t included, not even water. A bottle cost €3.50, and we weren’t allowed to bring our own to the table. A few times we ate elsewhere because of the food. Better quality ingredients and cuts of meat would help.

Our room was on the small side, but very well equipped. The balcony faced the workshop of the hotel opposite, which didn’t bother us much. We didn’t take half board, though the food and drinks we tried were tasty and good value. Everything was extremely clean, and having a sauna, steam room, solarium and indoor pool just down the corridor was a nice extra.
