The large grounds make parking easy, and the apartment is spacious and clean, in a great spot for hiking. It's ideal for a trip with a dog. Maite is the best, really attentive and easy to deal with, and she makes sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We'd definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Maite's place in the San Roque neighborhood of Oreña. It's surrounded by nature and very peaceful, while still being well located, just 3km from Santillana del Mar. Maite is a delight and gave us advice on all the places we should see. We'd definitely come back.

We spent the Constitution Day long weekend here, and it was a lovely place to unwind. It's near Santillana del Mar and Comillas, and the owner, Maite, is lovely too. We'll definitely return.

It's an old, basic apartment, and too expensive for what you get.
