BN SUITES Teatro

The apartment was basic, but clean and spacious, and the central location made exploring Alicante easy. There are lots of bars and places to eat nearby, and none of the city sights was more than a 20-minute walk away. My partner and I stayed for three nights this week. We tried the rooftop pool once, but it was colder than we expected, so we didn’t use it as much as we’d hoped. It’s a shame there’s no seating or sun loungers up there. A larger ironing board, more hangers and a tea towel in the kitchen would have been useful too.

The rooms are great, and the location is good, but the communal areas could use some work. There isn’t staff on site 24/7 to help with problems. When staff are there, they’re helpful.

We had two nice-looking bathrooms and lots of storage, and the shower looked nice too. But getting hot water meant giving up water pressure, and with more pressure the water wasn’t hot enough. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the wifi was bad, and the apartment layout was really impractical. The living room was cold and poorly furnished.

A memorable holiday in Alicante. The staff were very responsive, ready to help at any time and share useful information. The apartments had everything needed for a comfortable stay, even a longer one. We’ll definitely come back.
