Hotel Daniya Alicante

Breakfast and dinner were outstanding every day, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Valentina and Ivan from the hotel restaurant made us feel completely at home. They were warm, kind, professional, and attentive to everything we needed. No question was too difficult and no request was too much. Their service made a real difference and deserves special recognition.

There’s no kettle in the room, and the weekend prices are unreasonably high. The breakfasts are terrible, and the girls at reception are seriously unfriendly. If you want peace and quiet, you won’t find it at this hotel.

The buffet breakfast is absolutely lovely, with plenty of options, and the hotel has activities for children throughout the day. The location is ideal for public transport, with an Aldi less than a five-minute walk in a straight line for bottled water and snacks. The room’s waterfall shower has great pressure, and the mini fridge is useful for keeping drinks cool. The beds are comfortable, though at first the pillows may as well have been nonexistent. We came back to a nice note and firm pillows, so I’ll see tomorrow if that fixes my neck problem. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool closes at 8:30 pm. There’s a smoking area at the entrance, but ashtrays can be scarce.

Valentina from the restaurant team was especially kind, attentive, and professional, and her service made my stay even better. Hotel Daniya was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming feel, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay and recommend Hotel Daniya to anyone looking for good hospitality and somewhere comfortable.
