We found four cockroaches in the bathroom during our two-night stay. The TV unit only played YouTube, with no TV channels, which was unacceptable. The room felt like a staff rest room rather than somewhere for travellers, right beside the laundry room and behind the restaurant kitchen. Its so-called garden-view window was only 1ft x 3ft, with ground level starting right outside it, so it felt like a basement. The other window faced a pedestrian corridor with a bright lamp outside and no curtains to keep the light out.
