The location is hard to beat, one street back from the promenade, in a safe area right in the city center. The C6 airport bus stop is less than five minutes away. I’d stay again for a winter visit to Alicante. I was there for four nights. I knew from the reviews there was no reception, so I wasn’t surprised not to see staff, though that’s why I gave service three stars. The entry and room both used the codes I was sent, and I took the lift to the sixth floor. My room was small, clean and just right for me on my own. It had a TV, fridge and heating/air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and made each day. The little shower room had lots of hot water, a strong shower, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer and fluffy towels. There was tea and coffee with a kettle in the corridor. The window looked out only onto the buildings behind.

Simon and Marcela kindly agreed to help with our request, and we really appreciated it. We were glad we picked this hotel for our three days on the Alicante coast. The beach and main sights were easy to reach on foot. Rooms were modern and very clean, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels, a fridge, hairdryer and air conditioning. Tea and coffee were available on the floor. We’d love to return.

The location was great, and the room stayed quiet at night and felt comfortable and clean. Check-in was simple with the code. I stayed three nights, and there was a good selection of Nespresso coffee and tea available anytime.

We loved Alicante, and this was a great place to stay with a brilliant location. There’s free parking off the main road at the beachfront’s far end, under the flyover on the right after the marina and casino. The staff were helpful too. 😍

The rooms are small but clean, and the location is good. Customer service was very poor, though. We waited hours for a reply, and the staff’s response in the attached screenshot of our latest messages was quite shocking. It says a lot about their service standards.
