4/10
The shower was wonderful, and the reception team were warm and friendly. We could leave our bags there when we arrived too early for our room. The room and bathroom were tiny, though they’d made good use of the space. The AC couldn’t cope. Even after running all night, it couldn’t get the room below 28°C, while it was 24°C outside. It made for a very uncomfortable night, so I can only give two stars overall.

The location was great, with everything less than 10 minutes away, and the front desk lady was very friendly. The Wi-Fi worked great, the room was clean and well maintained during my visit, and the shower was awesome. The room itself was adequate. Street noise wasn’t too bad, and after 20,000 steps around Alicante, even a noisy night probably wouldn’t keep you awake. For the money, it was five-star value. Get out and enjoy the city!

We only stayed one night, but would definitely return and strongly recommend the hotel. It’s in the centre of Alicante, about a 10-minute walk from the beach, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They called a taxi for us the next day, and it arrived in under two minutes. The airport is a 20-minute drive away. Our room was clean and modern, and even had a balcony.

The location is perfect, with everything close by and easy to reach on foot. Our room was very clean and the beds were really comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the price for what you get is top-notch.

The room felt extremely cramped for two, and there was no fridge, breakfast, or balcony. The lift is tiny too, with space for at most two people. Customer service was poor, and booking.com left me feeling trapped.
