The hostel had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming and helpful at first. They offered breakfast and free luggage storage afterward, which I appreciated, but that didn’t make up for a sleepless, unsettling night. Between 3-5 AM, guests shouted, banged lockers and left the room door open for long stretches. I felt unsafe and couldn’t sleep. People then talked in the corridor, and the noise came straight into the room. There was no warning or enforcement of quiet hours. Around 7 AM the door was opened again and left open for a long time. You can also hear the reception and doorbell clearly from the rooms, which made resting even harder. The atmosphere is pleasant, but night management and noise control need serious improvement.

The bathroom and washroom area were disgusting, with a strong sewer and chemical smell, and the dorms smelled of cigarettes. Staff didn’t know what to recommend, the events listed on the calendar never happened, and there were no social areas. I won’t go back. It was a waste of my time and money.

This hostel is set up for partying, not resting. It’s above a busy bar and the music gets really loud, with friendly locals often chatting noisily in the street. If you’re looking to party and meet people, it’s a great fit. For a quiet night after a long day or before an early flight, I’d choose somewhere else.

The hostel is small and cute, and I loved it. The people working there were lovely. There’s a bar downstairs, so it’s easy to meet people and enjoy your stay.

For what it costs, this place isn't worth it. Take 10 euros off and I'd be happy. The kitchen is tiny and has no cooker, and the facilities felt unhygienic. The other guests seemed odd and unfriendly, always on their phones. Marevita hostel is cheaper and a thousand times better.
