The team were amazing and so helpful, and our stay was amazing. This former city palace has been restored and designed with real passion. Everything is stunning. The suites are all different and beautiful, so I'd call the team to discuss which one suits you best. Ask the staff about the two best suites on the 1st floor, you won't believe what you see. Thank you again!

The room looked lovely, with a Nespresso machine, a big shower and good Wi-Fi. But the street made it impossible to sleep. Bars and clubs kept crowds of young people drinking, singing and shouting until 7 a.m. We were on the third floor and still heard it all. This was in February, before the summer crowds. How did anyone think a hotel on that street was a good idea?

The location worked really well for us, with wine bars and restaurants just outside, and the beach, market and castle all within walking distance. We stayed at the beginning of May with our 20-month-old, and the staff made things easy. They helped us choose a room before the trip, had the sleeper couch ready in case we needed it, and set up a large, comfortable cot in the bedroom. Everything was very clean and refreshed daily. We managed just fine with our toddler.

The King Alfonso XIII Suite is exceptional, and I loved the history of the Palacio. The hotel is beautiful and very central, with the Mercado, shops, restaurants, cocktail bars, wine bars and vermut bars all a short walk away. The beach and esplanade are nearby too.
