The lemon farm made for a lovely stay, and the pool plus a fridge stocked with cold drinks were very welcome in the heat. We also loved how friendly and professional the hosts were. Breakfast was delicious and fitted around our routine, and the location worked well for Caminito del Rey and other hiking routes.

The pool, tucked among greenery, was a lovely place to relax, and our apartment had all the comforts we needed. Ilonka and Chris welcomed us warmly and shared useful local tips. We spent a week at Finca el Limonar, a peaceful base near Alora, with the nearby train station and our rental car making trips to Malaga, Ronda, and Antequera easy. Camanito del Rey and El Torcal de Antequera added some adventure. It was a great mix of quiet downtime and places to explore.

The hosts welcomed us like family, and the setting was incredibly picturesque. We spent a week here for a climbing holiday and had an incredible time. Breakfast stood out, with fresh smoothies and orange juice plus lots of home-grown ingredients from the garden. We’ll definitely come back.

The room was fresh, very clean, and comfortable, and we had a lovely, relaxing stay in a beautiful spot. Our friendly hosts helped us out with local information and served a fresh breakfast of our choice, with plenty extra and produce straight from their garden. We really enjoyed it. Thank you.

Ilonka had the best suggestions for things to do nearby, and breakfast was generous. The garden is beautiful, the pool is lovely, and everything was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and the service was perfect.
