This is a professionally managed Airbnb or Alojamento Local, rather than a hotel. The location is fantastic, just a very short walk from the beach. The finishes are nice, and there's an equipped kitchen and a clothes washer if you need them. We got the entrance code before arriving, then someone met us and showed us to our room. That may not happen for everyone, especially late arrivals. We also had a contact number in case we needed anything.

A lovely bit of affordable luxury in the perfect place for a trip to San Sebastián ❤️

The reception staff were very helpful, and the door entry system worked through our phones, so there was no key card to carry. I stayed a couple of days for work and found the apartment brand new and exceptionally well maintained. It feels unlike a typical apartment, more like a 4-star hotel, but with all the kitchen appliances, including a washing machine. La Concha beach is only 50 meters away, which makes a walk there lovely.

I booked months in advance for the Behobia race weekend, but the hotel cancelled my reservation without consulting me, causing a lot of inconvenience. They only told me two months before the event. I find this behavior shameful and wouldn't recommend the place because of the lack of professionalism.

The room was new, with a clean, simple design that was functional and comfortable while still feeling cozy. We had a very comfortable weekend in San Sebastián and will be back soon. I definitely recommend it.
