A stay here felt like stepping into a fairy tale, and I absolutely loved it. The one thing I missed was having coffee in the room. There was no food or coffee service, and the only nearby option was the lovely cafe/bar O Chiringuito. Even a coffee maker in the room would have made a huge difference.

The owners made us feel right at home, and the service was really friendly. It's a quiet, very clean hostel in a handy spot close to the highway.

The breakfast was really complete, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The views and setting were stunning. Four of us arrived by bike, and we all had a fantastic stay.

We loved the views and found this family-run hostel clean and well located. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. But the new housekeeper's attitude toward both the adults and the children was poor. She seemed more focused on asserting authority than offering good service, and that spoiled the experience for us.

The staff were professional but also made us feel at home, and the service was outstanding. The hotel is peaceful, with quality facilities, and sits in a lovely setting near Santiago. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
