Estíbaliz was a star, and she helped make our stay feel excellent from start to finish. My son and I had come from Barcelona and felt incredibly comfortable. The room was spotless, the service fantastic, and the setting between Vitoria-Gasteiz and Bilbao has spectacular scenery. It’s a wonderful place for a family stay, and we’ll definitely return.

We had an incredible weekend and will definitely come back. The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and extra blankets in case we needed them. There’s also a shared kitchen area with a coffee maker, fridge, and tables where you can sit and have a drink. Before we arrived, they called to confirm the room type we’d booked and sent directions by WhatsApp for collecting the keys and checking in.

The location is good, and the room was spacious, well equipped, and had comfortable mattresses. The cleanliness could use some work, though. The floor was dirty, and both the room and bathroom could have been cleaner.

I was there for work and was treated with real kindness. Good people, very welcoming, and they understood what I meant. If I have work nearby again or travel through the area, I know where I’ll stay.
