Zafiro Palace Andratx

The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and a huge selection for every taste. We stayed on a B&B basis, so that’s all I can comment on food-wise. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, and the spacious, well laid out rooms had everything you’d expect at a top hotel. The hotel sits on a hill overlooking the golf course and the bay, but it’s only a three-minute walk down to the main bay and its restaurants. We loved the hotel and resort so much that we’re going back in October.

We were celebrating our anniversary and got a kind upgrade to a room with a private pool, which made the trip extra special. The hotel is huge, with several beautiful pools and plenty of space to relax. Everything was very clean, the food was great, the cocktails were excellent, and the views were stunning. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Our honeymoon here was incredible. Sergio, our concierge, made sure we had everything we needed and answered our questions promptly throughout the day. The resort was breathtaking, with views that captivated us, and we enjoyed every restaurant we visited. There was entertainment every night at the lounge and bar. The spa was a highlight. Evelyn and Inēs gave us a couples massage that was comfortable and relaxing. With the beach nearby and so many amenities, it was an ideal place to stay. We highly recommend this resort for a Mallorca visit.

The pool areas were a highlight at Zafiro Palace Andratx. We mainly used the Adults Only Pool and Club Pool. Both were excellent, clean and relaxing, and never felt overcrowded despite being popular. The surroundings were immaculate, and the comfortable facilities suited different kinds of guests. Pool staff were friendly, attentive and professional without being intrusive, whether we needed food, drinks or help. The people throughout the hotel made the stay memorable. From the warm welcome and efficient check-in to service in the restaurants, bars, pool areas, housekeeping, concierge and reception, the team were consistently professional and genuinely friendly. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and their attention to detail made the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast deserves a special mention. The buffet had one of the best selections we’ve experienced in a hotel, with excellent variety, freshness and quality, so there was something for everyone. The restaurant staff were always welcoming, polite, attentive and helpful, making each day start well. The hotel was immaculate throughout, and the beautiful setting, outstanding facilities, excellent food and superb service made for a fantastic holiday. Thank you to everyone at Zafiro Palace Andratx for making our stay so special. We had an amazing time, would happily recommend it and look forward to returning.
