We'd seen a few negative reviews and weren't sure what to expect, but we've been pleasantly surprised. The apartment is clean, has everything we need, and we're really enjoying our stay so far.

We stayed at the elite and it was gorgeous. It's such a peaceful, laid-back spot, and I was surprised by how close everything is. There are several pools to choose from. Already looking forward to coming back.

The staff were the best part for me. The restaurant lady, receptionist, and housekeeper were all so kind and ready to help. The pools were clean and nice for a quick swim, and the beach and plenty of good restaurants are an easy walk away. There's also an amazing pizza shop right behind the complex, definitely worth a visit. The hotel is okay for what you pay. Most guests seemed to be from the UK; most were lovely, though a few were loud or annoying, as you get anywhere. I wouldn't choose all-inclusive: the food wasn't great and seemed more geared toward feeding hungover tourists than serving good meals. I'd use the hotel as a simple base to sleep and relax, then head out and see the island. Decent place, especially if you want to explore.

It's a very basic apartment, with a really strong bleach and disinfectant smell. I guess that's better than whatever it might be covering up.

The location is lovely, but we had trouble getting hot water. They did try to help, though it took five trips to reception, which was disappointing.
