It feels like a home from home here. The place is friendly, clean and affordable, and the other guests were friendly too. The staff, especially Sonia, Volkar and Leon, are so welcoming, and the cleaning staff go out of their way to chat and help. The bar is open to the public from 2pm to 8pm, with good-value drinks and a friendly welcome if you pop in.

We found this place at the last minute after leaving our original hotel because of cleanliness and maintenance problems. Sonia gave us such a warm welcome at check-in, and room 13 was just right for us, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hand soap and shower gel were a nice surprise, and the mini fridge with a small freezer, kettle and TV were handy. The shower was hot and powerful, and the oscillating wall fan was a welcome extra. We loved our spacious private terrace, with sun loungers, a table and chairs, clothes airer and pegs. There's a lovely little pool and sunbathing area, and the whole place has a calm feel, with lots of plants, wood and wall murals. A small, friendly place that saved our holiday. The rooms are large and spacious, and the staff are friendly. It's an older-style hotel in a perfect location, with good value for money.

The hotel is a little dated but was clean overall, and the bed was comfortable. We had a small balcony where we could dry beach towels and have a snack in the sun. Check-in was easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We also found free street parking at every time of day throughout our stay.

A quiet little piece of Canary Island loveliness in Caleta. Sonia was super friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. There's a great vibe, with yoga classes downstairs and an inquisitive tortoiseshell cat.
