The area was quiet, and the location was excellent. It was very clean, and they replaced our towels daily. A few colleagues did notice tobacco smell in their rooms and had to air them out, but apart from that, it was great.

We booked through Booking and liked the very central location. Check-in attention was good, the room was large, and the bathroom was good. There's no reception, just a phone number. When we got back from dinner at 11 pm, we found the bedspread and blanket smelled strongly of tobacco. It was really unpleasant, and I wouldn't stay there again. I also posted a review on Booking, but they published only the positive points and left out the negative ones.

You couldn't ask for a better location, just a few meters from the center. The room was clean and very warm, but the mattress was awful, with springs digging into me.

We feel completely cheated. I booked a stay for my wife, daughter, and me, then had to cancel within a few hours because our ferry was delayed and we couldn't make it. The booking was for the following day, but the hotel charged us for the entire stay. They said they couldn't rent the room again, yet when I called to ask about availability for two adults and a child, I was told they were full. To us, that showed they had blatantly lied and still refused to return our money. There was no empathy or effort to find a solution. The management was terrible, the service shameful, and the policy abusive. A complete scam, and we would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not even our enemies.
