Apartamento Duque de Arcos

The owner gave us a really warm welcome, walked us through the apartment, and even offered us some typical Andalusian beers. The apartment is modern and comfortable, in a quiet area that's easy to get to. Bars and restaurants are a two-minute walk away, and Mercadona is about a five-minute drive. There's a private parking space, or you can park in a nearby alley and keep an eye on your car from the balcony. The property is listed on online booking platforms.

For the price, it was very good. The apartment is small but well equipped, with a microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, large ceramic hob, and plenty of tea towels and napkins. The bed was fairly comfortable and the heaters worked very well. The host was friendly, and parking is free, either in a private underground lot or on the street. I wouldn't call it very noisy, though you can hear cars starting from 6 a.m. The downsides were a drain smell inside and a shower mat that floods every time. Also, all the utensils were wrapped in cellophane. No idea why 😅, what a waste of time!

The ground-floor house was cozy and really comfortable, with a handy layout and a snug little cave-like living room. The large showers were great, and the window seals and mattresses were top quality. Everything was tastefully designed, and the hosts were wonderful. We'll definitely return.

I stayed here on my way to Ronda. The owner met me at the agreed time and showed me the building's parking area and the house. The place was clean and convenient, and the owner was kind. The kitchenware was all wrapped, the Wi-Fi was fast, and there was a washing machine, refrigerator, and freezer. I was especially happy to find a welcome 1.5-liter bottle of water and two beers. There's a Thai restaurant just a minute away on foot, and a large Carrefour and shopping center are about five minutes away by car. The building has commercial space on the ground floor, a hospital on the first floor, and apartments on the second. This is a one-bedroom unit with a living room and kitchen, and there's no elevator. Driving to Ronda takes about an hour, or 58 km, and Seville is about an hour and a half away by car.
