Rural El Santiscal

We spent 13 nights at Rural Santical and felt completely at home. It was wonderful, spotless, and had every comfort, from the lovely garden and barbecue to the luxurious pool. Juan made us feel like old friends, kept communication excellent, and helped with anything we needed. We couldn't have asked for more. We'd definitely return if we're back in Cádiz.

Juan was a friendly, attentive, and kind host. The house is clean, organized, and meticulously cared for, in a beautiful, peaceful setting. A highly recommended stay, and we'll definitely be back.

After years of renting through different platforms and staying in plenty of lovely, spotless houses, our August stay at Juan's place in El Santiscal was outstanding. My partner, our two pets, and I had a wonderful time, and there aren't enough stars for the stay or the service. What sets this house apart is Juan's care for his guests and their comfort. He's always attentive, listens to suggestions, and keeps investing in improvements and maintenance. When we rented in February, there was a portable barbecue, and we mentioned that some work would help. Before summer, he'd installed one, and also put up permanent outdoor awnings to replace the parasols. These and other changes show how much he cares about his guests' comfort. The cleanliness deserves a mention too. Everything was perfect when we arrived after a long trip, and the mattress was more comfortable than our own at home. The price and comfort were also what first led us to contact Juan, since it costs less than other places in the area. He kept making improvements after that, and we ended up with a perfect holiday at Rural del Santiscal. We don't usually return to the same accommodation year after year, but the great location and everything above have put this house on our list to revisit as soon as we can. The house is split between two buildings and was spotless. It's a beautiful, well-kept property, with a big patio that easily fits four cars. The pool is fantastic, deep though not built-in, and there's a barbecue and lots of sun loungers. The owner is lovely too. We held our stag and hen party there and had the best time. 100% recommended!
