The call the next day made it clear I wasn't allowed into the apartment, even though I had never suggested I would be staying there. They said only registered guests could enter, using the refund as their reason. Earlier, after I booked through Booking.com as a surprise for my parents, I asked how to pay and got no reply. On arrival day, the person in charge called about the arrival time. When I explained my parents would be coming, not me, they spoke rudely and insisted that couldn't be done. They refunded the charge to my card, then charged my parents, and canceled the Booking.com booking so I couldn't review it. I also had to put in writing that my parents could collect the keys instead of me. Thanks for ruining their surprise. I hope you never get treated that way. It was really unpleasant, and I don't recommend this place.

We had a fantastic two-week stay for two. The kitchen had all the cookware we needed, and the apartments were clean and very well run. Staff were always ready to help. The pool was impeccably maintained. For decent Wi-Fi, pick a room facing the island of La Toxa. The sofa wasn't very comfortable, and the fridge was small and didn't cool well, though the freezer worked perfectly. Parking is cheaper through the hotel's website, so book it there. We'd definitely come back.

The pool area is spectacular, and the whole place is peaceful, with lots of thoughtful touches. Service was excellent. The apartments are spacious, spotless, and clearly very well cared for. Perfect location. We'd happily stay again if we visit, and I highly recommend it.

Our apartment faced the pool, and the gardeners deserve a special mention for keeping the grounds so carefully tended and exceptionally clean. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had a microwave, fan, and iron. We stayed a few days in this adults-only place, and cleanliness, location, quiet, and facilities all get a 10 from me. Parking is paid, though we found a spot outside without trouble despite how busy it was. I'd come back without hesitation and recommend it 100%.

We spent a week here in July and had a wonderful time. The beds were really comfortable, and both the apartment and shared areas were spotless. The garden is lovely and very well kept, and the apartments are in a good location. Excellent all around, definitely somewhere to return to.
