Everything was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the hotel itself is first class. The breakfast juice and yoghurt were pretty disappointing, though. I'd still recommend it.

The breakfast was great, and the hotel was clean with a comfortable bed, which makes what happened even more disappointing. On the second day of my seven-day stay, I found my luggage open and €100 missing from an envelope. I told the front desk, but got no reaction or apology. They said I should have put it in the safe. I politely asked that nobody enter my room for the rest of my stay. I wouldn't give them my business again.

The restaurant in the building was a real letdown. We paid 81 euros for two cold soups that tasted nice, plus two plates of cold sausage and pork pieces. There was also a sticky blob that might once have been an interesting potato dish, but I couldn't eat it. Such a shame, since the hotel itself is great, with a good breakfast and generous, well-equipped rooms.

Breakfast was good, and coffee was available all day. The room was comfortable, with a king-size bed, a bathroom that was big enough, and plenty of electrical outlets.

A handy overnight stop on the outskirts of Madrid, about 10 minutes from Rivas shopping centre. The rooms and bathrooms are large, everything was very clean, and breakfast was good. The staff were nice, and there's free parking.
