Hotel Señorío de Ursua

The house has kept its soul, with lovely decor, a big garden and generous shared spaces. It had such a homely feel. Our spacious room under the roof was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast included plenty of healthy food. The staff were lovely and attentive, and the hotel offered the comfort we expected. Nature lovers will find the area enchanting, and local restaurants are easy to reach, either beside the hotel or in nearby villages. The restaurant at the hotel is worth trying too. I don’t come somewhere like this to watch TV, so the small screen in the bedroom didn’t bother me, especially with a large one in the lounge. The hotel is well signposted. We arrived at night and followed our GPS, which placed it incorrectly and sent us the wrong way for a while. That’s not the owners’ fault. The signs aren’t lit, which is fine by me, this isn’t Las Vegas. We should have looked up and paid more attention to the street signs than to the GPS.
