Our group of ten had a brilliant holiday at KN Columbus in Playa de las Américas. The hotel is well placed for exploring, with everything we wanted within easy reach, whether we were by the pool or going out in the evening. The staff, from reception to the restaurant team, were professional, friendly, and welcoming. They handled our large group easily and always had a smile. We were also really pleased with the All Inclusive package. The food was hot, tasty, and varied, and you could tell the kitchen put effort into it. The drinks were high quality and didn’t taste watered down. We all had a wonderful time.

The food was excellent and very good quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful as always. I had another great stay, with a lovely top-floor room and easy access to the roof terrace, which was quieter than the ground-floor bar. The pool was a little fresh, but fine, and I managed 10-14 dips. Can’t wait to return next year, hopefully to the same room or one nearby.

The location is great, with plenty of pubs, bars, and restaurants right outside. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the strip or Golden Mile. Reception were helpful whenever we needed them, arranging taxis and giving advice. The animation team were great too, especially Miguel, who was friendly and kept chatting with us right up to our departure, when he said goodbye. I hope to see him again next year. We stayed self-catering and had an amazing time. The cocktails were good, and especially great at “the pub” outside near the main pools. The pools were cold, but at 27 degrees that felt refreshing. The beds were a bit hard, though I got used to them after a couple of nights. Our room showed a lot of wear and could use a refurb, but for the price it was good value. I can’t comment on the food yet, but we plan to come back next year and try All Inclusive. A room makeover would make this five stars for me.

We spent a week here in March as a couple, self-catering, and had a lovely stay. The room was spotless and the hotel is well looked after. Staff were friendly and helpful, and when I needed a mobility scooter, reception arranged one within an hour of check-in. The Pub was a great place for a drink after lounging all day. Security were friendly and helpful, and did their job. There are plenty of local shops and amenities within walking distance. We’ll be back for sure.
