The warm, welcoming atmosphere made this European hotel feel special, with historic charm alongside modern comfort. Service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and stylish. I had a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was among the best I've experienced, and the staff provided top-notch service. Right on the sea in Playa de Americas, the hotel has a calm feel and art throughout, both original pieces and reproductions. A walkway leads through to the promenade, and the sea pool makes saltwater swimming feel very safe. All good 👍

We spent a quiet afternoon at the beach club, hiring sunbeds, swimming in the sea, and having lunch and cocktails while looking out over the water. It's a great place to relax, enjoy the views, or party. I can imagine it working well for events with DJ entertainment. Sunbeds were 15 euro, and our cocktails and lunch brought the bill to £100. It was quite pricey.

The staff really stand out, all friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere keeps drawing us back. We've stayed several times, with and without the kids, and recently had a fabulous week here with our two young children. The pool is fabulous, the rooms and sunbeds are extremely comfortable, and breakfast is fantastic. The hotel feels like paradise. Thank you, see you in January!

The half-board was excellent, and every dinner was fantastic for both taste and presentation. The staff, especially in the restaurants, were very friendly. I loved the hotel's fantastic location and beautiful grounds. The room style wasn't quite my taste, just personal preference, and the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly, though they were acceptable. The harsh, cold white LEDs in the antique-style chandeliers are an eyesore. Still, everything else was top-notch, so I can't take off a star for it.
