The location was good, but the place was uncomfortable and I wouldn't recommend it. There were only women in our room, yet male employees came in several times without asking, to open the blinds or clean the bathroom, at odd hours. I told one worker it made us uncomfortable to have an unfamiliar man entering whenever he wanted, but it happened again on the following days. The room smelled strange, and its window was locked, so we couldn't air it out. The sheets smelled as if they hadn't been washed, and the mattresses were very thin. Sometimes there wasn't hot water for a shower, and the room seemed dirty all over, as though it wasn't cleaned much. Not a good experience at all.

The staff were nice and the location was decent. That's about all I can say for it. I've stayed in around 10 hostels in Spain, and this was by far the worst. The beds were awful, with tiny mattresses and smelly sheets, and even the smallest movement felt like an earthquake. I slept no more than four hours a night, mainly because of the people in my room. They turned on the bright light at 2 a.m. and talked loudly, then did the same at 7 a.m. They left the bedroom door open, didn't close the bathroom door, and made a mess in the bathrooms. They were mostly around 40 and apparently didn't know how to behave in shared rooms. Every time I came back, whatever the time, my room door was wide open with nobody inside. Doesn't feel safe, does it? 😄 I've stayed in cheaper hostels that were five times better. You'd have to pay me to return.

The staff were barely polite and didn't seem interested in sorting out the problems we raised. Some of our food also disappeared from the shared fridge, with no explanation. The room was dirty and poorly looked after: dusty floors, mold in the bathroom, and sheets that didn't seem freshly washed. There was no air conditioning, so nights in the summer heat were unbearable. Broken fixtures and a general lack of cleanliness made the whole building feel neglected. For the price, this wasn't acceptable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for even basic comfort or service.

It's an okay choice if you're young and happy to share space with lots of people to save money. The staff try to keep things clean and orderly, but without clear rules, guests do whatever they want. There's potential here, though it needs better organization. The bunk beds are flimsy and wobble, the beds aren't comfortable, and the rooms feel cramped and need better ventilation. The bathroom is quite large.

The hostel was terrible, and so was the administration. I paid for a night but never stayed, and then they made claims against me and sent another message saying they might withdraw funds for not checking in. Is that normal? I made a booking mistake, choosing March 15 instead of March 14. I arrived on March 14 and explained that I needed to be in Madrid on the 15th, but they said they had no space. By 23:00, everything in Seville was full, so I slept in my car because it was closer. I hadn't asked for a refund, but the hostel still wanted something from me for not checking in. Their phone number didn't work either. Booking.com now wants to limit what I can do on the site because the hostel claims I didn't stay there, even though I paid.
