The big shared kitchen in the basement was a real plus, with everything needed, including a hot and cold water dispenser and coffee machine. It’s a villa with 10 rooms: some are larger, with bathrooms in the room, while others suit couples and share a bathroom. The Wi-Fi was good, and although the villa is under the flight path for Tenerife south airport, it was quiet at night. Street parking can be a hassle at times, and there’s no private parking.

I had a really nice stay. The huge kitchen had water, tea, and coffee, and the place was clean with enough bathrooms on every floor. The woman working there was so friendly and helped whenever I had questions.

Everything is so well organized and looked after, with clear communication, clean sheets, and free water, tea, and coffee. It’s a gem, and very affordable too. Thank you, we’ll come back next time we’re in Tenerife.

A lovely, quiet hotel, and the cleaning lady was polite and nice at first. Checkout is at 12, but at 9.30 they tried to open our door and told us to get ready to leave. After that, the cleaning lady kept asking us to move our suitcase so she could clean before checkout. We made her wait until exactly checkout time.

Really clean room and a very friendly owner and staff. There’s a simple, nice chillout area in the kitchen and outside. One small downside, the windows are very thin, so it gets really noisy from outside. Bring earplugs.
