We really liked the spacious duplex penthouse on the top floor, especially its style and lovely balcony. There are air conditioners on both floors, great views from the apartment levels, and two toilets, one en suite. It’s well equipped for laundry and dishes, with a washing machine, clothes rack and dishwasher. They also provided lots of laundry and dish detergent, two dishwasher tablets, an ironing board, mop and bucket, brush and pan. Bring your own iron, a couple more dishwasher tablets and small rubbish bags. Tidy as you go if you want to avoid the €49 maid service. We asked about a crib and were given a travel cot, which was perfect. I brought my own Android box for movies since I don’t understand Spanish on TV. I couldn’t get the remote to open the underground garage, despite trying everything, so I parked on the road instead of calling again. The apartment is a minute from the beach, on the side away from it, and close to everything. It’s about 10 minutes from the airport, in a quiet area without lots of tourists. I’d stay again.

The building entry is high tech, using an electronic key or codes, and the apartment has modern features too. These are very modern, versatile flats with a direct beach view, and the beach is only five seconds away. I loved having a radio in both the bathroom and living room.

I found this a really comfortable option. The location is great: the airport is only about a 10-minute bus ride away, and the sea and beach area, kids’ playground and main bus stop are just a few metres away.

I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. My apartment had a dishwasher, washing machine, rain shower and built-in speakers. It’s right across from the lovely, quiet Playa del Reducto beach, at least it was quiet in March. The host sent me the entry code for the building and apartment, and I had a key fob for the parking lot. I used it, though one night I walked to the bus station and took the free bus along the seafront to go out for dinner. The station is a few minutes away, and the number 22 bus from the airport costs €1.40. If you’re driving, it’s easy to get onto the main roads or around town.

I liked how well placed it is: about five minutes from the airport, a 15-minute walk to the center of Arrecife, and in the middle of the island. By car, Orzola and Playa Blanca are both around 30 minutes away. The apartment is modern and well equipped, with two split air conditioning units, fast internet, a smart TV, laundry and dryer machine, and a well furnished kitchen. The big bathroom has a hydromassage tub, though it’s only for one person. The garage is spacious and easy to access, so the car can be parked somewhere secure.
