The apartment works well for couples or groups of friends, with two fully equipped bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with a long lasting electric shower. We also got thoughtful extras like towels, soap, salt, sugar and coffee capsules, along with excellent service and overnight parking. My only complaint is that I didn’t feel the streets of Arrecife were safe. After 11 p.m., it’s best to avoid walking around. Nothing happened to me, but it’s sensible to stay aware of the risks.

It’s close to the beach and has the basics for cooking. For a short holiday, it’s fine, though hand towels in the bathroom and a tablecloth for the living room would have been useful. Four people can’t shower one after another, two at most, and they need to be quick because the water heater has limited capacity.

The apartment itself was fine, but we had to clean the fridge, countertop, dusty baseboards and even the kitchen handles. The pillows and blankets smelled of previous guests, and the mattresses had no protectors. There was nowhere to hang towels or toilet paper in the bathroom, and no grab bar in the shower. The hand sanitizer was in a broken container. The mop and bucket were both grimy. I never saw the owner. I called him one day to ask for a grab bar in the shower because I’m disabled, but he didn’t answer or call me back. 👎👎👎

The area is convenient, but the pale curtains let in the streetlights, so the room stays bright even overnight. Finding parking nearby was hard, and someone even tried to break into my car.
