Rooms & Suites Terrace 4C

Jorge gave us a warm welcome and all the information we needed for our stay on the island. He was kind throughout and even sorted out a few issues we ran into. Penthouse 4C is in the best area of Arrecife, and it’s spacious and bright, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a magnificent terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking in the building is included in the price. We highly recommend it and plan to return. Thank you, Jorge, for your help and kindness. We have wonderful memories of our stay. People like you make life easier.

With both the southern and northern ends of Lanzarote about a 30-minute drive away, the apartment in Arrecife was a great base for the island’s tourist areas. It also comes with a parking space in the building, with direct elevator access, which was handy for our rental car. The luxury penthouse is right in the heart of Arrecife and has a lovely terrace, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wonderful living room with a smart TV, and a brand-new kitchen. Everything looked fantastic after a complete renovation. Our family stayed four days and had a fabulous time, with no problems. Jorge met us at check-in and explained everything. We’d return again and again. Thank you, Jorge!

The central location made it easy to get around on foot. The contact person was especially helpful and kind, welcoming us in person and answering all our questions by email and WhatsApp. The apartment met our expectations: clean, simple, and equipped for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, the bathrooms perfect, and the terrace usable. Highly recommended!

The service was superb, and the house felt brand new and clean. It’s close to everything and equipped with everything you could imagine. The rooms are very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds, and the apartment is bright. I loved the huge terrace, with magnificent armchairs for a beer or a table with a parasol for breakfast. Both bathrooms have been renovated and are spacious. Without a doubt, a magnificent investment and the best experience of my life.
