Parking, laundry, and a kitchen with the basics made the accommodation comfortable and generally good. There’s no AC, though, and the windows face a busy street, so bring earplugs or sleeping pills.

The building looks beautiful from the outside, but the inside was a huge disappointment. Cleanliness was practically nonexistent: from the garage to the dusty, shoe-marked hallways, everything felt filthy. The stairs were awful, with dead animals, and the elevator was unbelievably dirty. Even the hallway glass panels looked like they hadn't been washed in years. The cleanliness gets a zero, and that's generous. The service, attention to detail, surroundings, location, and the accommodation experience were good, which makes this shameful lack of cleaning even more disappointing.

The apartment is spacious, with a large bedroom, a shower bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. It has a fridge-freezer, four-burner hob, oven, microwave, and all the necessary accessories. There's a designated parking space under the building, and each apartment has its own washing machine and dryer in a lockable room on the top floor. The town of Banaderos is quiet and peaceful, and the location is very good, close to Mercadona and the beach with natural pools.

We've stayed in the house for a second year and will definitely be back. It's in a perfectly connected location, and the owner is attentive, friendly, and a great person. The Deluxe apartment is new and very well kept, with all sorts of amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, oven, coffee maker, and hair dryer.
