We were in room number 3 for two nights, with a private bathroom, and the mattress and pillows made it hard to sleep. The mattress is essential, because a bad night’s sleep spoils the whole stay. There was just one hand towel for both of us for two days, no small towel or mat for after the shower, and soap globs on the shower screen. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. The decor was original and the location was good, but we won’t return or recommend it.

The garden is right outside the door, with swings, and even though it isn’t part of the house, it felt perfectly safe. It seems well suited to families with children, and the house itself is very nice. But it was VERY DIRTY, which matters a lot during a pandemic. The kitchen had old, dirty sponges that should at least be replaced for what they charge. A napkin wiped over the counter came away brown, and the refrigerator had crumbs left by previous guests. Such a shame. We won’t be back.

A pretty rural house, with a good breakfast and a good price. If you want a break from the usual room rental, I’d recommend it. Definitely worth a visit if we return.

The house is beautiful, and the surroundings are really pretty, but check-in was a disaster. Nobody was there when I arrived, so I had to lend my phone to a foreign couple so they could call the owners, since they couldn’t use their own phones. The breakfast included was another mess, with milk cartons already open. I ended up going to a bar in the next town for breakfast. If they fixed those things, I’d give it 5 stars.
