The hotel’s photos are misleading, and we won’t return to this hotel or any other Allsun. The rooms are small, cramped, and very dirty, with plenty of broken things. You get one shampoo and body gel combined and a hairdryer, but no other amenities. The elevators are also very dirty, small, and hot, making a ride with other people unpleasant. There’s no spa or fitness area in the hotel, so you have to walk to another hotel for those. It doesn’t feel like a four-star place, and the food and cleaning standards need work. There isn’t much food variety, especially at breakfast, and the food itself isn’t great. Worse, the utensils, plates, and glasses are dirty even after they’ve supposedly been cleaned. I hope the hotel changes its cleaning practices, as it’s really upsetting. The hotel is very close to the beach, which is a plus. Most of the restaurant staff are lovely and check on you often, and you can see they’re doing their best. The restaurant manager is always around. The reception asked how our stay was and what could be improved. One woman at reception speaks little English, but she’s very nice. Shoutout to the restaurant staff and Dennis for the entertainment. We did see improvements at the hotel during our stay. It caters mostly to German guests, with Spanish and German spoken mainly. Most guests were German, with a few Russian and Dutch guests.

The location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to explore, and we’ll definitely come back. The whole hotel was spotless, including our room, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Food was delicious, with plenty of different options each day. Mariam, the pool lifeguard, was especially professional and made sure the pool felt safe and enjoyable. We had a fantastic, stress-free stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were good, and the nearby beach is walkable. That’s the main reason to come here. The rooms are tiny, dirty, short on amenities, and have no storage space. The restaurant food could definitely be improved, and the supposedly clean plates and drink glasses are dirty. This doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel at all.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are okay, but very limited on space, with pretty dramatic acoustics. The hotel feels more like a three-star place than a four-star one. There’s lots of food available, but the quality is poor. It’s so-so, with little that suits active people, and most of it is German-oriented. I honestly think the kitchen lacks skilled staff. They try, but the results aren’t great.
