Andrés was a huge help, sharing all the recommendations we needed to make the most of our time in Ávila. There were five of us, and we had a fantastic stay. The rooms were spacious, everything was very clean, and the details had been carefully considered. The location was excellent, too. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

The owner deserves a 10 out of 10. He kept an eye on what we needed and even suggested places to visit. We stayed for a work weekend and were lucky to find this place. The house is brand new, really clean, and well located. All three bedrooms are spacious and well equipped, as is the rest of the house. He had even put the heating on before we arrived, so it was warm when we came in, which was much appreciated in the cold Ávila weather that weekend. If you’re looking through reviews before a trip to Ávila, don’t hesitate, it’s a great option. We’ll definitely return!

Three of the six of us had to cancel our vacation a month before arrival because the house was too big for us. Andrés immediately offered to help me find another solution and was very understanding about my frustration. I booked through Booking.com, and he got in touch right away and took care of my needs from the start. I hope I get to enjoy the house another time. People like him make me want to come back to Ávila whenever I can. I’m in love with the place!
