I never saw the host, and there was nowhere to store luggage.

The old town location is handy for exploring Toledo, and the decor looks nice after what seems to be a facelift. The bathroom let the place down: the shower pressure was very weak and it was only so-so clean. The toilet tank also took ages to refill, so two people couldn’t easily use it one after the other. The mattresses were thin and really uncomfortable.

We booked directly with the owner for a few days, and he was attentive and answered all our questions. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, with care given to the details. It’s right in the city center and has an iron, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, and air conditioning. We brought our pet, and we’d happily stay again. Thank you very much.

The location is the one good thing about this place. I booked it for family members, and it looked nothing like the photos. It’s tiny, with a bed squeezed into the living room and kitchen. There was no wardrobe in the other bedroom, and the bathroom was cramped, smelled of sewage, and had barely enough water for a shower. For what it is, it’s overpriced.
