The apartment is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and fitted with high-quality things. It’s in a quiet spot, a short walk from Avila old town centre, with a supermarket nearby and secure parking available close by. Marta was on the ball and clearly works hard to provide great service. We’d received directions online because the property is tucked away, and she welcomed us warmly and showed us everything, including how the equipment works with instructions in English. She speaks no English and we speak no Spanish, so Google translate and WhatsApp helped us communicate. I’d happily recommend staying here, and it would be my first choice if I come this way again.

The owner was really attentive to everything we needed, explaining how the facilities worked and suggesting activities and restaurants. This is probably the best-equipped place I’ve ever stayed in. I’d definitely come back.

Marta was so welcoming and friendly, and made both arrival and departure easy. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with everything in its place and every detail considered for guests’ comfort. There’s a private garage, and it’s only two minutes from the historic center.

Marta is a real professional, attentive to every detail and keen to make the stay as good as possible. She also gave us lots of information about places to see, restaurants, cultural activities, and more. The apartment was wonderful, well kept, well located, and very reasonably priced. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Ávila.

Marta, thank you for being so kind and professional. You were attentive throughout our stay and helped us choose what to see and where to eat. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with no detail overlooked. We’ll be back! Raquel and Veronica
