We used the apartment's deal with Carnicería Paco, a local butcher. Prices were reasonable and the meat was exceptional. The apartment itself was cozy and very clean, and well placed for exploring the city. It was a nice surprise to find good quality towels and a complimentary toiletries set for each person, which you don't often get at places like this. Definitely recommended.

The central location and decent cleanliness were good, and the €10-a-day parking space was really useful. Bigger beds would have been nice, but at this price it was still good value for a stay.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. It's a quiet place in an unbeatable location, well suited to a business trip. Parking is in the same building and costs a reasonable €10 per night. I'd definitely come back.

We were four friends staying for one night, and the customer service was impeccable. The apartment was spotless, the furniture in great condition and fully usable, and the bathroom was spacious and immaculate, with the usual toiletries, even toothbrushes. From the small balcony you can see the cathedral. The location is perfect for sightseeing and going out for dinner or drinks, yet we didn't have to deal with noise from the bars and restaurants. There's parking in the same building. It's a bit unusual, but you can leave your car there when you arrive and not need it again until you go, since Ávila is pedestrian friendly and easy to explore on foot. We were really lucky to find this place.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was fully equipped and furnished really well. It's in a convenient spot for visiting Ávila and having a drink without needing public transport.
