The rooms are spacious and parking is great. The kitchen is a little small and has no oven. Water temperatures were a bit temperamental, and there was building work going on at 10pm, though this was off peak in Feb. Nice place to stay.

I’ve been here before. It’s a nice spot for rest and relaxation, with friendly people who live and stay there. Amenities are scarce, though it’s a stone’s throw from Portugal and the town of Ayamonte, Spain. I’d recommend it.
A car is essential here, but if you want a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. Ayemonte is 15 minutes away by car for shopping, restaurants, and the like. It’s also a 15-minute drive into Portugal, across the beautiful River Guardiana.
We call it the ghost town because it’s an unfinished Spanish urbanisation. Still, it’s very well kept and good value for money.
The area is wonderful, clean, and safe. The golf course and clubroom are fabulous, and the menu and service are wonderful too. I’ll visit again with confidence.
