We’ve eaten here a few times, and the food and service have been consistently good. The place is clean and nicely kept, and you leave feeling properly fed. It’s one of my top restaurant picks. I can’t say anything about the hotel since we haven’t stayed there, but maybe next time.

We paid quite a lot for a pretty ordinary meal. It was busy when we got there, after a big morning excursion. We’d meant to find a bar and get something simple, but I didn’t know what the village had. The food was basic and poorly presented, and the chips were greasy, undercooked, almost raw.
