Very Good Featured review

The common areas were chilly too, with the radiators switched off, and the dining room was cold at dinner. We ended up having salad, hoping it might warm us up. Our room was cold when we arrived, already close to dinner time, and guests made plenty of complaints. The staff did try to deal with them. I hope people on future IMSERSO trips don’t have the same uncomfortable experience of wearing coats in their rooms and having breakfast or lunch there. Many thanks.

I didn’t sleep well during my IMSERSO stay. The rooms’ condition and upkeep weren’t good enough, and the atmosphere with the other guests also wasn’t what I’d hoped for. The facilities fell below the standard this kind of program should provide, so the stay left a lot to be desired.

The staff were friendly, and the food was pretty good and well cooked. Our room was adequate during the IMSERSO trip, though there was no bidet in the bathroom.

The receptionist was awful with our group of 50. He didn’t even greet us, and when he gave us our keys, he practically tossed them at us. Handing them to us would’ve been so simple. The rooms were adequate. Lunch on our full-board stay was truly terrible: the beans were tiny, mostly skins, and impossible to eat. Breakfast and dinner were just okay. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
