There's plenty nearby, including restaurants, the beach, and a supermarket. The residence has a supervised pool and a paddling pool, both open from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm. You have to shower before getting in, or staff will remind you of the rule. There's also a tennis court, with rackets available to rent for 5 euros an hour, plus an indoor pool where a swimming cap is required. You can buy one there for 4 euros. Other facilities include a gym, sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi, though a cap is required for the jacuzzi too. There's a reception with a night watchman. The residence itself is nice, but parking outside is difficult and expensive; underground parking costs 70 euros per week.

Half the furniture is broken, so calling the apartment “fair, almost new” doesn't feel professional. The air conditioning is paid for, but we should actually be able to use it. The filters need maintenance too, they're partly “suction” filters. And the security guard's behavior was deplorable: he didn't listen to anyone, while people whispered and others played ball in the middle of the building. That's really unacceptable for a guard.

The apartment was roomy, very clean, and had a good range of kitchenware. It was also well placed, close enough to walk to PortAventura and near the beach. The Wi-Fi barely worked, though, and a lot of the outlets were faulty.

The apartment's cleanliness and condition were disappointing. The facilities and location were great, especially if you're going to PortAventura.
